Approval of minutes from the 10-28-13 meeting.
General discussion and open forum for anyone present. Joe Colangelo will allot time for discussion and individual requests to speak.
Directors report.
Old Business:
- Review the basketball season including continuing discussion of allocated teams, coaches, and court officials. Discuss the “travel team” situation and future commitments.
- Discuss progress of the shared cost between LL and the WPRC for a baseball scoreboard at the RRAC for the upcoming spring baseball season.
New Business:
- Decide officially on a new commission member based on that person’s response to our request, and the existing members vote.
- Joe Colangelo will provide a list and discussion on members assigned to individual locations for basic reporting on the present condition of the fields and waterfront and possible developing problems we can avoid with current actions.
- Review the basketball clinic developed and implemented by Greg Suchy and the possibility of a second clinic later this basketball season.
- Approve 2014 Meeting Dates
- Discuss and approve the 2014-2015 Parks and Recreation Department Budget
